Starting 1st September 2022, Giggabox, a leading event production company will become the exclusive provider of audio-visual equipment to clients of the Kia Oval, a historic, prestigious sports venue in London. The new 3 1/2-year agreement marks a significant milestone in the conference and events side of our business, as Giggabox will provide all audio-visual and event packages for meetings, conferences, and events on behalf of the venue, and provide bespoke event and audio-visual production
services to venue clients.

ADI Conference 2022 at the Kia Oval
The partnership is already underway – with Giggabox previously producing Alzheimer’s Disease International’s 3-day annual ADI Conference at the Kia Oval – with great success.
The conference involved the use of all three internal venues to hold various events throughout the three days. As a hybrid event, virtual technology was implemented to enhance the attendee experience. Giggabox created a bespoke virtual platform to live stream the event, incorporated remote delegates into discussions with in-person delegates, and allowed remote attendees to ask live and pre-recorded questions to delegates. In addition, pre-recorded presentations were made by delegates who could not attend the event in person.
