The Brief:
Our client: Guild of Architectural Ironmongers Education Awards (GAI), were looking for an event production agency experienced in creating high quality award ceremonies to produce and manage their GAI Education Awards 2022.
The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) presented diplomas and awards to industry professionals in a ceremony at London’s Oval cricket ground on Thursday 17 November 2022.
What Did We Do?
As partners of the KIA Oval, we have countless experience delivering events at their prestigious venue.
We provided A/V services, event management, videography, and event production.
The GAI Education Awards 2022 required bespoke branding and designs across the entire venue. Therefore, our team of experienced designers created vibrant features throughout the venue.
These designs incorporated GAI branding and logos of the event sponsors.
How Did We Do It?
Our team of audio technicians, camera operators, designers, event managers and assistants came together to bring the event to life.
With countless experience delivering events at the KIA Oval, we comfortably delivered the GAI Education Awards.
Multiple tests were carried out on all our production equipment prior to the event. This was to eliminate any chance of technical problems during the event.
